Aqua Yoga for pregnancy

Our Aqua Yoga classes are one of the most wonderful things you can do for your mind and body whilst pregnant.

 

Set in a beautiful warm, private pool,

full of candle lights, floating flowers, aromatherapy oils and ambient music.

You will enjoy exercise and relaxation in style.

within a small group of mummies-to-be,

led by our super duper teacher Amy 

Homemade cakes and drinks are

provided to enjoy afterwards.
